No substantive changes were made to the rule and the Department filed the rule for certification with the Department of State on October 23, 2020. The rule and form will be effective January 1, 2021

Purpose:    The purpose of the proposed amendment to Rule 12A-16.008, F.A.C., is to remove obsolete language from forms used in the administration of sales and use tax.
